Megan Oberweiser Norton

“I am an educator by trade and can bring these skills into my client communication. I know how to communicate with and teach different styles of learners and personalities. I am a great listener and will always put my clients’ needs first. I am friendly, loyal, and personable.”

As a family-oriented person, Megan is especially passionate about helping clients find a home and neighborhood that allows them to spend quality time with loved ones and focus on the things in life that are truly important to them. Megan is also flexible, dedicated, hardworking, and collaborative, and she’s eager to help!

Prior to her real estate career, Megan worked as an educator teaching high school history and elementary school PE. Her favorite thing about teaching is showing students how to see an issue from all sides and to be free thinking individuals. She also has several years of experience coaching high school track and field, cross country, and basketball. Megan loves helping people reach their full potential by setting goals and working hard, and she brings her experience as an educator to each transaction. Megan takes the time to educate her clients around the home buying and selling process so they can be sure to have the best possible outcome!

Megan lives in Tacoma’s West End, and she loves Tacoma. She’s excited to help people find their dream home and contribute to this beautiful city. In addition to being a mother to 3 beautiful kids, a dedicated wife, and a loyal friend, Megan is an avid reader (economics, history, and historical fiction are her favorites). She loves anything fitness related, especially running, and she loves being outside, hiking and camping in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

REALTOR® Joe Norton runs a client-first business: If it matters to you, it matters to us! Joe stays up-to-date on the latest market trends and laws so that he can empower you to make the best decision for you and your family. Joe also holds himself to the highest ethical and professional standards. As a husband and father of three, he knows how important home buying and selling is. Every client Joe works with is given the same care that he would give to his own family.

Before his real estate career, Joe had a career in teaching; he was an adjunct professor of philosophy in Oregon, and most recently Joe has been a middle school teacher. The communication skills that Joe has learned during his 5 years in teaching apply directly to his real estate style, and he takes pride in being able to communicate complicated things in a very concise and simple way. Joe makes sure that his clients feel knowledgeable and educated, and one of his top priorities is to take as much of the stress out of buying and selling as possible!

Joe was born and raised in the Tacoma area, and today he still calls Tacoma home. He loves the region for its natural beauty and mild climate, and loves getting outside with his family to hike or camp around the Pacific Northwest. Joe also enjoys homebrewing beer.
