Welcome home!

Grab your slippers, settle into your favorite chair, put up your feet and relax! That's my goal - for my clients to entrust me with the sale of their home or the puchase of their new home, free from worries.

Customer Service Is Paramount!

When buying or selling a home, precise market knowledge, expert negotiation skills and exceptional customer service are key to a successful transaction! Any realtor can list your home or open the lockbox to view a home; few can take you through the selling process or purchasing process and provide the same level of experience and service that I offer. Further, I will serve as your real estate "concierge", providing you with a vast network of resources and services to assist you as you transition from one home to the next.

Professional & Personal Qualifications

As a native of Puget Sound, I know this beautiful area well. Having been raised in Tacoma, I graduated from Bellarmine High School, then received my B.A. from Gonzaga University. As a former teacher, I bring the gifts of education, strong listening skills, patience and persistance, plus the desire to truly and best serve each person with whom I work. As an experienced Windermere agent, I enjoy top-notch opportunities for the best education and state-of-the-art learning. Because of this, I am able to offer my clients experience and success in the areas of precise market knowledge, current technology, strong negotiating skills, effective communication, and comprehensive client education. The real estate market is ever-changing and I will help you understand how to use the current market to your advantage. Further, and of utmost importance, I provide unmatched client/customer service and promise to facilitate a smooth transaction when helping you buy or sell your home. Of course, I am proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Tacoma/Pierce County Association of Realtors. I also have earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Accredited Buyer Represenative (ABR) designations, to more expertly assist my clients.

As a person who has the ability to easily conform to many different situations, REALTOR® Tom Dobrinski has a knack for adjusting to the needs of his clients. A large part of this includes understanding his clients’ priorities so he can help guide them in a more personal and trusting manner.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Tom worked in the food and beverage industry for most of his life. He has managed high-volume restaurants, like BJ’s at the Tacoma Mall, and smaller operations, like The Harmon Brewery in Downtown Tacoma. Tom has also had experience in managing fine dining restaurants, like Salty’s on Alki in West Seattle, and he even owned and ran his own donut shop in Puyallup. The common link? Customer service! For Tom, it’s all about making each and every guest feel like they’re the most important person in the building at that time. Similarly, Tom understands that buying or selling a home is a very important part of someone’s life and they need to know that their real estate agent will go the extra mile for them.

Tom lives in Puyallup, and he loves cheering on the Seahawks, bicycling, and has a special interest in vintage motorcycles. He also enjoys working with Charlie’s Dinosaur Foundation, and has hosted coat and food drives for the local community through his small local business.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I have a more relaxed approach, and I try to exceed the expectations of what an agent’s duties are. Years ago, I was a server in a Mexican restaurant before the popularity of Mexican dining took off in the late 1970s. My approach was more of an interview process with my guests to find out what they liked and disliked so I could make suggestions on orders. The feeling of that personal touch set me apart from others and increased my overall focus on guest satisfaction.

Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?

I compare WPP to a successful high-volume restaurant company like BJ's or Bahama Breeze. The standards and expectations are set at a level that, if followed, will provide great results. Also, the clear direction and support to reach your goals is unmatched in the industry.
